Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, !0 am until 8:00 pm , from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that we do not operate on Georgian public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one to three business day after the receipt of payment . If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you via email.

The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner Aramex. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
Kindly also note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by ARAMEX by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by Dalood, even if these items are returned.
