Your order will be ready for dispatch one to three business day after the receipt of payment . If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you via email.

Kindly also note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by ARAMEX by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by Dalood, even if these items are returned.
